GPA Solutions & Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
Who we are
GPA Solutions & Services, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City, Philippines, is the personal information controller for data collected on this website.
What we collect
When you use our demo or inquiry form, we collect:
- Your full name and the school or company you represent
- Your email address and, if you give it, your mobile number
- The product or service you are interested in, and any message you write
We also receive basic technical data needed to deliver the website securely (such as your IP address and browser type), which our hosting provider processes to protect the site from abuse. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party fonts or trackers.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule a demo or consultation
- To prepare a proposal or quotation that you asked for
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you
We process this data based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and to take steps you request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to two (2) years from our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as required by our contract and by law. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to people who need it, and apply organizational, physical and technical measures appropriate to the data we hold.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability, to file a complaint, and to damages. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
